Patient Safety
Nothing matters more to us than ensuring the health and safety of our patients. To protect both you and our team at Complete Dentistry, we’ve established a set of advanced health and safety protocols. If you have questions about how we’re making your visit a safe experience, feel free to reach out to us for a personal discussion.
Advanced staff training
Each member of our team has completed additional awareness and prevention programs to enhance their knowledge and ensure the highest level of patient health and safety.
Daily health checks
We perform no-contact temperature checks on every staff member, along with a quick set of questions to ensure our team is ready, willing, and able to provide safe dental care – every day.

Sequenced patient scheduling
Plain and simple, we carefully schedule our patients. We allot the right amount of time for each patient to limit waiting time and ensure enough time for every patient to come, go, and undergo their treatment.
Expanded patient appointments
In an effort to save you time and multiple exposures, we are offering extended appointments. This allows us to perform more of your treatment plan in a single visit.
Virtual waiting room
If needed, you can check-in from your car. For some patients, it is critical to minimize contact with others. This process allows you to bypass the reception area and go directly to your treatment room, without concerns, and in total comfort.
Pre-screening of every patient
A quick health questionnaire and consent form along with a no-touch temperature check will be completed when you arrive at our dental office. This allows us to keep you and other patients confident that they are not being exposed to illness.
Social distancing in place
Fewer chairs in our reception area, helpful signs and one-way traffic in our treatment area make keeping a safe distance between our patients easy to accomplish.
Added protocols for your safety
Avoiding sharing items among patients (such as magazines) makes our waiting area safer for everyone.

Office sanitization following every appointment
No patient gloves allowed
Minimizing cross-contamination is an important part of our health and safety protocols. We will ask you to dispose of any outside gloves before you enter.
Antimicrobial rinse
In addition to brushing and flossing before your visit, we will provide an Oracare solution to rinse in your mouth for 60 seconds, an advanced product that significantly reduces mouth bacteria.
HEPA air filtration
Our air has never been cleaner. We have added HEPA-grade filters to our HVAC system along with stand-alone air cleaners in each treatment room.
Advanced chairside suction
We offer an advanced high-speed air evacuation to minimize aerosol contamination and enhance the safety of in-office air quality.
CDC-approved instrument sterilization
This is standard procedure at Complete Dentistry. All instruments used in the mouth are heat and pressure cleaned with the most advanced, CDC-approved sterilization system.
Negative pressure rooms
Negative pressure rooms are commonly installed only in high-tech laboratories and medical centers and are available at Complete Dentistry. These specialized rooms provide the highest levels of self-containment, along with climate control.
