About Complete Dentistry
Independently owned and proudly anti-corporate, Complete Dentistry has been the dental home for Trophy Club families since 1995. Led by Dr. David Crumpton, we provide comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative care all under one roof, so you never have to bounce between offices or start over with a stranger.

In Trophy Club, corporate dental chains have become the norm. We’re the alternative. There are no rotating doctors here, no production quotas, and no pressure to say yes to something you’re unsure about. Dr. Crumpton sees his own patients, knows them by name, and many of the families he started caring for in the late ’90s now bring their children and grandchildren to the same chair. That kind of continuity isn’t something a corporate office can offer, and it’s something we’ll never stop protecting.
MEET DR. DAVID CRUMPTON
Dr. Crumpton’s path into dentistry started at 18, when a work accident knocked out one of his front teeth. The dental implant that restored his smile changed his life and set his career in motion. He earned his undergraduate degree from West Texas State, graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry, and opened his Trophy Club practice from the ground up in 1995.
Nearly 30 years later, he still operates with the same goal: achieving the highest possible level of knowledge and skill in modern dentistry. He consistently completes two to three times the continuing education hours required by the state, with advanced coursework at UT San Antonio, the Pikos Institute, Lamar Dental Implant Training, and the Kois Center.
When Dr. Crumpton mastered the CEREC same-day crown system, the manufacturer hired him to train other dentists on the procedure. He is also a certified Gold Provider of Invisalign.

We invest in dental technology that directly improves your care. Our Overjet AI system analyzes X-rays with a level of precision that helps catch problems earlier and explains findings in a way you can actually see and follow along with. Our CEREC system allows us to design and place porcelain crowns in a single visit, eliminating the need for temporary crowns and second appointments.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards for sterilization, infection control, and patient safety. From the instruments we use to the protocols we follow, every detail of our office is designed to keep you and your family safe and comfortable.
Insurance & Financing
We’re in-network with Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, BCBS, and Careington, and we’ll file your claims so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork. We also offer flexible financing through Proceed Financing, CareCredit, and Sunbit, plus our True Blue membership plan for patients without insurance. We’ll even perform a complimentary benefits check before your first visit so you know exactly what to expect.
Trophy Club & Las Colinas
Our main office is located at 301 Trophy Branch Dr., Suite 100 in Trophy Club, where we see patients Monday through Friday. We also maintain a second location at 5901 High Point Dr., Suite 150 in Las Colinas, with select appointment days available throughout the week. Patients are welcome at either location.
